2. Services Offered

• Sale and installation of heat pumps and hot water systems.
• Replacement of existing gas ducted systems with multi‑split heating & cooling air conditioners.

3. Ordering & Payment

• Payment methods accepted: credit/debit cards, bank transfer, PayID.
• A non‑refundable initial deposit of $500 is required to confirm your order.
• Remaining balance is due upon delivery of product to your premises.

4. Delivery & Installation

All installations are performed by certified third‑party installers who operate independently from Green ENV.

No additional charges apply for call‑outs or site inspections, regardless of location.

5. Warranties & Liability

• Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer; refer to the product brochure for full details.
• Green ENV does not extend or modify the manufacturer’s warranty.
• Green ENV’s liability is limited to providing the products and installation services.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, design, and code are owned by Green ENV. Product brochures and manufacturer materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.

7. Eligibility Form Disclaimer

The online eligibility form provides a preliminary assessment only and does not guarantee final eligibility. A site inspection is required to confirm eligibility for installation.

8. Third‑Party Links & Advertising

We advertise on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, X, and other social media. We are not responsible for content on external platforms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the City of Melbourne and the State of Victoria, Australia.
